As part of the vibrant and dynamic marketing team at Brookfarm in Byron Bay I worked as the in-house Graphic & Digital Designer for almost three years.

It didn’t take long to convert me from a ‘no-cereal-breakfast’ person to a huge fan of their Gluten Free Muesli Macadamia Cranberry, Gluten Free Granola Cacao Coconut, Oven Roasted Macadamias and Roasted Nuts.

My role covered all aspects of graphic design across packaging, media, in-store, online and internal communications, including OOH advertising at airports, vehicle signage, marketing collateral and EDM concept development. 

A major part of my work was leading the packaging refresh across the entire breakfast and snacks range – 44 SKUs including two new product developments and range extensions.

This also extended into motion design, with one of my favourite tasks being the creation of product videos in After Effects for Brookfarm and We the Many.

I thoroughly enjoyed being part of the Brookfarm team, contributing to such a delicious product range and working alongside so many beautiful and inspiring human beings.
